Bill Leedham, President and founder of Down 2 Earth Environmental Services Inc., (D2E) is a licensed Professional Geoscientist (P. Geo.) with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO), and is registered as a Qualified Person (QPESA) with the Ontario MOECC. Bill is a Certified Environmental Site Assessor (CESA) with the Associated Environmental Site Assessors of Canada (AESAC), and is the head instructor and course developer for AESAC's Phase 1 and 2 ESA Training and Certification courses. He has a Geologic Technologist Diploma from Fleming College in Lindsay, ON; and over thirty years of experience in Phase 1 & 2 ESA's, site remediation, hydrogeology, geotechnical investigations, peer review, training/mentoring, risk assessment, risk management, hazardous materials management, and building sciences.

Down 2 Earth Environmental Services Inc. operates under a Certificate of Authorization (CA # 90258) from the APGO. D2E staff have conducted, supervised, or peer-reviewed hundreds of Phase 1 & 2 ESA and remediation projects across Canada, involving a wide range of contaminants and remedial methods. Our reports have been accepted by major Banks, Credit Unions, and private capital financiers. D2E carries $2M of insurance covering Professional Liability, Errors and Omissions, Pollution Liability and Commercial General Liability.
